some more healthy goodness…


In the context of that healthy lifestyle (see the previous post) I aim to do at least half an hour yoga, 4 times a week. To keep the stress away and the body flexible (and secretly also to loose those last pregnancy pounds…). Because 4 times a week is quite often, and my time is limited, I do yoga with videos on youtube, which is available every moment of the day, at home. I just have to roll out my mat in front of the computer (and hey, that’s where I spend most of the day anyway!). My fave of the moment: Yoga with Adriene. You can find her videos on youtube or at

Om de stress buiten de deur te houden, het lijffie flexibel (en stiekem ook om die laatste zwangerschapskilo’s kwijt te raken…).   • Thanks for the tip, I shall try her clips! I freelance at home, too, and sometimes it makes me feel really stiff and uncomfortable. Now I’ve gotten hooked into a bit of a tacky (and pretty hardcore if I may add) dance workout straight from the early 2000s. It puts me on such a good mood, jumping around, “shaking it” ridiculously and sweating a puddle on the floor in between of working, ha!
